Born in Lisbon, with an eclectic profile, her professional path was not an immediate choice. She began her career in the technical field of production management within the fashion industry, later transitioning into Information Technologies, where she has built a professional journey spanning more than 30 years.

From an early age, she revealed a deep inclination toward the arts — dance, drawing, painting, and design — alongside a genuine interest in Humanity and the Universe. These dimensions have accompanied her throughout her life, inspiring everything she creates.

Her painting practice began to take shape in 1995 as a self-taught artist, initially working with oil and later exploring mixed techniques with acrylic. Dedication and creative drive have guided her through a continuous process of self-development that began in childhood and remains ongoing.

In parallel, she has developed a humanistic path marked by a fascination with knowledge, personal growth, support for others, and an ongoing search for understanding the universe. This journey encompasses influences from science, philosophy, psychology, psychotherapy, emotional intelligence, interpersonal relationships, coaching, quantum physics, spirituality, religions, and alternative therapies — all of which subtly inform her artistic expression.

Everything she creates arises from the intersection of knowledge, sensitivity, and a continuous search for the self.

Her work is inspired by cities, people, and their movement — places where lives intersect and take shape through shared visions, passions, loves, dreams, and everyday moments, whether joyful or challenging.

The act of sharing life becomes art and poetry. Within this flow emerges the abundance of the Self, reflected in the enduring richness that resides at the core of being.

An infinity of abstract forms and a constant generation of movement define her visual language.
