11. How do I see the status and history of my order?

For updated information about your order, we suggest you enter your tracking number on the website of the specific courier (DHL or FedEx). For instructions, see: How do I track the shipment of my artwork?


NOTE: Once your artwork is shipped, the Art Gallery The One team will notify you with an email containing information to track your shipment. DO NOT DELETE this notification email as it will allow you to identify your courier and access your tracking number.
