15. Can I cancel Open Edition print orders?

If you have ordered an open edition print, please note that your artwork is created immediately after the successful processing of payment. If you decide to cancel an open edition print order, we may not be able to halt the transaction before production begins. If you are attempting to make changes to a print order after payment has been received, we will need to cancel the order entirely and create a new one.
