6. How do I return an original work?

Before reading the instructions on how to return an original work, please read the Return Policy carefully:

From the moment you receive the work, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep it or return it in its original state. You will have a period of three (3) days to make the return, contact the specialists at Art Gallery The One,



Seven (7) days to contact us about your intention to return the artwork.

Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship the artwork. ***Do not send the work before contacting us; you must contact us first. ***



If you do not notify your intention to return the work within 7 days of receipt or if you do not send it within 3 days of notification, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply.) Please contact us to evaluate your situation.
