Cecília Vilas Boas was born in Paio Pires and currently resides in Lisbon. She holds a degree in Secretarial and Administrative Assistance from ISLA, Higher Institute of Management and Administration, in Lisbon, and works as an executive board secretary.

Artistic Education:
Nextart School of Arts, Painting Course (3 years, certified by DGERT).
Parque das Nações Painting Academy, Specialization in Watercolor (2 years).

Artistic Activity:
She works with oil, acrylic, and watercolor paints on paper and canvas, employing various tools depending on the technique. Additionally, she is a teacher of arts, providing classes in Painting, Drawing, and Creative Writing to both children and adults. She has organized gatherings with students and teachers in several Elementary and Secondary Schools.
