Ruslan Bielian. Born 1978.
Painter. Portugal and Ukraine.
He graduated from art school in the Ukraine in city Bila Tserkva.
In 2000, graduated Kyiv University with a degree in the humanities.
He took up photography. Ruslan has always loved to painting. In his youth, played in a rock band. Since 2017, he has been seriously engaged in fine arts. Ruslan exhibited works in the Art Gallery Wunjo-Art, the gallery  House of Pictures and in art-bar Would you like.

Because of the war in Ukraine, now he lives in Portugal with my family.
In Portugal, his paintings were exhibited in the Centro de Artes e Espectáculos, Portuguese Art Center, Magenta gallery, Gallery of Victor Costa, etc.
Ruslan perceive painting as a means of interaction with the world, as a method of admiring it.
Through painting, he feels how the space around is being created, how beautiful and complex everything in our being is arranged.
