10. How long will it take to receive my order?

Please see below for standard delivery times, as well as some common reasons for delivery delays.


Original works and limited edition prints

Limited edition works of art and prints generally take eleven (11) to fourteen (14) business days to reach the buyer from the time of the order, this depends on the origin and destination of the order, which is subject to Customs procedures add if it is an international shipment.


Unframed Prints

Unframed prints are shipped from Portugal, within three (3) to five (5) business days of placing the order. If the buyer is in Continental Portugal, it will arrive within seven (7) to ten (10) business days from the time of order. Shipping time will vary for buyers who are abroad, as delivery will depend on the customs requirements of the destination country.


Framed Prints

Framed prints are shipped from Portugal, within five (5) to seven (7) business days of placing your order. If the buyer resides in Continental Portugal, his/her print will arrive within a period of ten (10) to twelve (12) business days from the time of the order. Shipping time will vary for buyers located outside of Portugal, depending on customs requirements of the destination country.


Common reasons for delivery delays

If the buyer resides in a country with severe weather, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen weather event, your package may be delayed. Please add an additional 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of the order. Additionally, in some countries, the customs clearance process may take up to 30 days.
