8. What to do if the work of art arrives damaged?

Step 1: Within seven (7) days of the delivery date of the work, send an email to sales@artgallerytheone.com to inform us of your intention to return it.

 

Step 2 - Save the original packaging

 

Step 3: Take photographs of the artwork and damaged packaging. Email these photos to sales@artgallerytheone.com

 

Step 4: An Art Gallery The One representative will contact you to indicate the next steps to follow to make the return.
